Health Services

Our school nursing staff provides direct health care to students and staff. The school health program is designed to promote student, staff and community wellness.

School health personnel collaborate with students, parents, educators, staff members, and other community resources to assist the student.

MEDICATIONS AT SCHOOL

• ALL medications, prescriptions AND over the counter must have an order from a licensed prescriber and consent from a parent/guardian for medications to be administered at school. Please see Medication Form above.

Please keep your child home if they present with any of the following:

• Fever (100.0 or greater). We ask that they not return to school until they are fever free without the use of fever reducing medication for 24 hours and symptoms are improving.
• If your child has vomited or had diarrhea in the last 24 hours.
• Untreated Pink eye
